Welcome Abbé Rodgers as Charter Operations Manager
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Abbé Rodgers as our new Operations Manager.
Abbé brings a decade of experience running organisations and coordinating funded programmes across Bristol's cultural and civic sectors, including co-founding and directing Bristol Women in Music C.I.C. from 2015 to 2020, and most recently as Project Coordinator on All Together Now, a £1.1 million regional programme tackling loneliness through community-led creative activity.
In her new role, Rodgers will support the Charter's operational planning, systems, and processes as it grows its work with signatory businesses across the Bristol region and beyond.
Sandra Gordon, Director of The Women in Business Charter, said: "Abbe joins us at a pivotal moment as we grow our reach across the region. Her track record building the operational foundations that let ambitious, community-focused organisations thrive is exactly what we need as we scale our impact for the businesses and women we support.”
Abbe Rodgers said:”This is such a brilliant time to be joining the Charter - the ambition for 2027 is huge and I'm excited to be involved. My aim is to bring the same inclusive, accessible practice to this role, helping build the systems that let its work grow, and support a mission I care about deeply.”
